Purpose, Offer and Benefits

The Senior Technical Project Leader will lead EpinovaTech´s NovaGaN® chip development project from device development to packaging of devices; from research and feasibility phase, through the qualification steps, to the industrialization phase. You enjoy operating in an international context and collaborations with suppliers, existing and potential customers and investors.

Our head quarter is located in Lund at the moment, but we have the ambition to re-locate to Stockholm in 2024. You are free to work from your home office or our head quarter, your choice!

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and driving the implementation of the project, ensuring staying within budget constraints and meeting project deliverables and timeline.
  • Interfacing with suppliers.
  • Managing the financial and schedule requirements.
  • Staffing and managing necessary resources to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensuring subcontractors´ performance meets all contractual requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintaining close liaison with the customer for prioritization and timely deliveries.
  • Developing/coordinating estimates, proposals, and other projects/task-related contractual actions with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Providing oral and written reports of project/task status and ensures contract deliverables are delivered to the appropriate stakeholders´ contractual requirements.
  • Regularly briefing Chief Innovation Officer and management team on Technical project/task status.

Our Expectations

The ideal candidate is forward-looking, open minded and excels in a continuous learning environment. The position requires a high level of technical know-how, as well as specific attitudes to innovation and results-oriented behavior. In addition, a good predisposition for teamwork and interpersonal collaboration is a must.

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Engineering Nanoscience, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing projects related to advanced technology in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience from silicon, gallium nitride or silicon carbide
  • Understanding of epitaxy, simulations and semiconductor device manufacturing and related process technology, and device packaging.
  • Excellent communication skills, well-structured and organized.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous staff responsibility is a plus.
