Interesting facts about Atlas Copco Group...
A lot has changed since Atlas was founded in 1873 in Stockholm, but our spirit of innovation remains the same. In the early years, we supplied Sweden´s railways with the equipment needed to build and operate the country´s new rail network. As the world developed, so did our customers´ needs. We expanded into compressors, tools, and rock drills to industrialize the world. Today, we´ve left rock drills behind but maintain leading positions in several original industries and have added new segments.
