Your Responsibilities

You will work together with and report to the Tierp Works business controller but also closely cooperate with the rest of the Product Company finance team and the wider Tierp Works organization.

• Actively contribute to developing a well-structured, resilient, and efficient finance department.
• Support the business controller in preparing accurate, relevant, and timely business and financial analyses to aid effective decision-making.
• Develop understanding of Atlas Copco processes for assisting in system development projects and serving as a super user for Tierp Works´ business systems.
• Participate in and understand machining, assembly, and operational supply chain processes, including both internal and external customer requirements.
• Conduct factory visits and provide close support to production personnel for a holistic view of operations and business needs.

The Bigger Picture

Tierp Works is the main production plant for the Motor Vehicle and General Industry divisions of Atlas Copco Industrial Technique. The plant consists of a machining workshop, final tool assembly and a special production workshop.

We are situated in bright offices in Tierp where we all work in the office throughout the workweek. We offer friendly colleagues, a staff canteen, and an on-site gym.

There are express buses running adjacent to our working hours to and from the train station, and ample parking spaces are available.

Our Expectations

• Bachelor´s degree in business administration.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient communication skills in both Swedish and English across all organizational levels.
• Experience from finance and accounting in an international manufacturing setting.
• Good skills in Excel.
• Technical knowledge in SAP and PowerBI is an advantage.
