Your Responsibilities

As IT Manager - Nordics, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating on-site support resources with the IT department.
  • Establishing strong relationships with local and regional business IT teams.
  • Increasing end-user loyalty by improving NPS scores through feedback.
  • Providing expertise in processes, technology, and business for IT planning.
  • Overseeing all IT projects in the region and monitoring service delivery.
  • Ensuring adherence to IT processes and identifying performance gaps in system functionality.
  • Acting as the escalation point for IT issues and efficiently handling complaints.
  • Collaborating with internal and external suppliers to meet business demands.
  • Recommending cost-saving measures and improvements in application and service consumption.
  • Managing the budget, planning, and development of the IT support team to ensure customer focus and service excellence.

The Bigger Picture

In this role you will form part of Atlas Copco´s IT Delivery team (which has a global reach) and be based in Sickla, Stockholm. IT Service Delivery in EMEA is divided into 7 regions and you will be responsible for IT delivery within the Nordic region (FI, SE, DK, NO, and the Baltics). You are responsible for a team om 6 employees and you will report to the EMEA Regional IT Service Delivery Manager. The anticipated start date for this position is as soon as the ideal candidate is able to join.
