Your Responsibilities

Initially you will work closely with Autoliv management to define strategy and competency needs in our
newly created Steering Systems Team.

  • As a Manager you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of HMI, Mechatronic, Electronic, and Software professionals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive the development and implementation of integrated systems solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Our Expectations

To qualify for the position you need to have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 5 -8 years´ experience leading multidisciplinary teams, development of integrated systems (HMI, Mechatronics, Electronics and Software)
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written. Swedish is not a requirement but meritorious.
  • You also need to be able to travel
