Quality Coordinator to Duni Group in Malmö

As a Quality Coordinator at Duni in Malmö you will have an important role of ensure the quality and make sure that our customers are updated during the claim process. Your Responsibilities

As Quality Coordinator you will be handling complaints for: cups, trays, cutlery, sealing films, sealing machines, candles, LED articles etc. Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Investigate the cause of the claim.
  • Make sure that the customers are updated during the claim process.
  • Handle samples.
  • Have contact with our customers, suppliers and warehouses.
  • Feedback claim history in a structured way to internal stakeholders.

The Bigger Picture

This is a staffing assignment which means that you will be employed by TNG and work as a consultant at Duni Group. Your workplace is Duni´s headquarter in Malmö, Västra hamnen, and you will be a part of Duni´s Quality team together with your three colleagues. 

The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for about 3 months with the possibility of extension, to cover a temporary need. It´s a full-time assignment for 3 months. Is case of an extension you can be offered a full-time or a part-time assignment.

Our Expectations

 To succeed in this role we think you:

  • Have experience working with customers, both by phone , email and online meetings.
  • Have strong communication skills in English, because you have multiple interfaces both internal and external.

It´s meritorious if you have work experience from a similar role within quality.

As a person, you are service minded and have strong cooperation skills both within the own team and with stakeholders. You are analytic and generate solutions, which means that you identify problems and provide solutions. You are also very structured in your work and attend to all aspects of work processes to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness.
