Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively partners with Senior level Stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise
  • Holds full accountability for performance and results of senior-level searches
  • Responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy in line with the business strategy
  • Builds, maintains, and owns extensive global TA projects
  • Coaches/mentors more Junior Team members across the TA org
  • Is participating in at least one TA project
  • Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights
  • Works closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and helps provide a solution
  • Can easily jump in on Director+ searches
  • Can take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed. The TA partner role can be an expansion of the Sr Recruiter role but is not a role or title change

The Bigger Picture

We are looking for a candidate who is available and ready to take on this consulting assignment ASAP. The end date for the assignment till be 2023-12-31.
